Blended Coconut Cream

Creamy, rich, and just the right amount of sweet. This coconut coffee delight is an irresistible treat!
Ingredients:
- 1/2-3/4 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup Coconut Cream Coffee (brewed double-strength or as espresso)
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar*
- 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- In a small blender combine all the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth
- For a boozy version, add a splash of Kahlúa or Irish Cream!
*Note: Feel free to substitute for your preferred sugar, or omit entirely.
