Transport yourself to a tropical beach with this summer drink from the creative minds at Jura! This drink whips up in a flash with uncompromisingly good coffee in one of Jura's line of excellent automatic espresso machines. Our pick? The Z10 which can make a cold-brew coffee or espresso at the touch of a button!

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz espresso
- 3/4 oz mint mojito syrup
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- ice cubes
- optional: Lime wheels or wedges for garnish
Directions
- Put ice cubes in a shaker.
- Prepare an espresso and pour in the shaker.
- Add syrup and lime juice.*
- Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds and serve in glass. Optional: Garnish with lime wheel or wedge.
* To make mint mojito syrup boil 4 oz of water and 8 oz of sugar until dissolved. Remove from heat - Steep 2 tbsp. of Mint Tea (like our Spearmint Spa) or 1 handful of fresh mint leaves for 15 mins. Strain leaves. Add juice of 1 lime and stir. Let cool before storing.
TIP: If you'd like less citrus, make a mint syrup and omit the lime juice.
