Ingredients
- ½ tsp matcha ( We recommend Kyoto Matcha )
- ¼ oz lemon juice
- 1 ¼ oz water*
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 4 drops orange blossom water
- 1 oz whipping cream
Directions
- Mix ½ tsp matcha with 1 ¼ oz water until well blended.
- Add ¼ oz lemon juice, 1 oz simple syrup and 4 drops of orange blossom water.
- Lastly add 1 oz cream and shake with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Double strain into a coupe glass. Serve.
Note: For an alcoholic version replace water with gin.
