Ruby Red Hibiscus Sparkler

Ingredients for 1 drink:
- 1-3 raspberries
 - 1 tsp sugar
 - 1 sprig mint
 - 1.5 tsp Hibiscus Ruby Red
 - sparkling water or champagne
 - Ice
 
Directions:
- Boil 4 oz of water. Steep the Hibiscus for 6 minutes.*
 - Muddle sugar, mint, and raspberries together. Scoop into the bottom of a coupe or champagne glass.
 - Fill a shaker halfway with ice, add the hibiscus tea and shake to cool.
 - Strain tea into glass.
 - Top with sparkling water or champagne.
 
*Note: You can also cold-brew some Hibiscus Ruby Red ahead of time and skip steps 1 & 3.
