Zesty Ginger Mango Swirl

Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 2 Tbls unpeeled ginger root, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons Mango Tango tea
- 2 cups sparkling water
- 1/2 cup mango juice
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced (optional)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced (optional)
Directions
- . In a 2 quart saucepan on high heat, boil the water, ginger root, and sugar, stirring often until sugar is dissolved
- . Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 5 minutes
- . Add tea and remove from heat
- . Cover and allow to steep for 15 minutes
- . Allow this mixture to cool to room temperature (about 10 minutes)
- . Pour through strainer into 2 quart pitcher
- . Refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled
- . Just before serving, add sparkling water, mango juice, and ice cubes to pitcher
- . Garnish with lemon and orange slices (optional)
