Bourbon Vanilla Rooibos Latte

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup water
- 4 teaspoons loose leaf Bourbon Vanilla Rooibos by Mariage Frères or 3 Bourbon Vanilla Rooibos by Mariage Frère teabags
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups half and half
- 2 teaspoons honey, Stevia or raw Agave Nectar
- Ground cinnamon (optional)
Directions
- . In a sauce pan, boil water and take off heat
- . Steep rooibos for about 5 minutes
- . Add honey and vanilla extract
- . Heat milk using a milk frother
- . Divide rooibos tea into two mugs
- . Fill to the top with milk and top with cinnamon
