Brassy Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients
- 2 Heaping tsp of Orange Flower Oolong
- 8 oz of water heated to 195°F
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 sprigs of Fresh Mint
- 3/4 ounce spiced rum
- 3 Orange Slices
- couple black olives (optional)
- Fresh Orange juice to Taste
Directions:
- .Brew 2 heaping teaspoons of Orange Flower Oolong tea in 8 ounces of water at 195 degrees F. for 3-5 minutes. Cover and chill in the refrigerator.
- .Stir all remaining ingredients together except for one orange slice and the olives if using. Pour over ice and serve in glassware of choice. Garnish with remaining orange slice and olive
- .To make a mocktail, just omit the rum. Still delicious!
