Chilled Strawberry Soup

Ingredients
- 2 pints strawberries
- 1 cup strong Apricot by Mariage Frères
- ½ cup unsweetened passionfruit puree **
- 1/3 cup sugar
Directions
- . Puree the strawberries you should get about 2 cups puree. Combine the Tea with the sugar and simmer gently for 5 minutes
- . Add the strawberry puree and the passionfruit puree
- . Strain if desired for a light soup
- . Serve chilled over ice
- . Note: f you cannot find passion-fruit puree available at Hispanic stores – substitute ½ cup canned passion-fruit cocktail and reduce or omit the sugar
