Salted Caramel Chocolate Bark

Ingredients
- 4 oz finely chopped good quality dark chocolate
- 1-2 Tbs finely ground coffee Salted Caramel Coffee
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 3/4 cup salted caramel chips
Directions
- . Melt the chocolate, Salted Caramel coffee, and the coconut oil for 1 minute in the microwave or in a bowl over a pot of simmering water
- . Stir the mixture until well blended and smooth
- . Spread the chocolate mixture evenly onto a 8"x 8” square of parchment on a flat board
- . Spring the salted caramel chips gently into the chocolate (optional)
- . Chill until set
- . Break into pieces of ‘bark’
