Turkish CoffeeOctober 6, 2023·Written by TCC Collaborator October 6, 2023·Written by TCC CollaboratorIngredients: 4 Tablespoons finely ground coffee (ask for Turkish grind, which is finer than espresso grind) ½ cup cold water 1 Tablespoon sugar Directions: In a small pan or Ibrik, bring all ingredients to a boil. When the coffee begins to rise in the pan, remove pan from heat, stir contents, and return to the heat source. Repeat the above process three more times. Spoon the foam into 4 small demitasse cups and pour the coffee over the top. Serve immediately
