Product Details: In the summer of 2023, Steve Smith, The Cultured Cup’s chocolatier since 2008, suffered a subsequent heart attack, and experienced kidney failure. Now, Steve needs a kidney transplant and is unable to work. Despite this, he generously shared his original Texas Tortuga recipe with Sharon Chan of LAPIN Chocolates & Confections, a chocolatier with over 30 years of creating fine chocolates. Sharon has placed her stamp on the confection, now embossed with The Cultured Cup logo, and includes a delicious pecan-textural crunch in every bite. We think you will love our Texas Tortuga all over again! 

A portion of the sales from Texas Tortugas will be donated to Steve while he waits for a kidney.
