A Mao Feng green tea produced using centuries-old traditions in a 1,000-acre tea garden in China's Wuyi mountains. Made from the Jiu Keng tea cultivar that thrives due to the region's optimal terroir resulting in sublime flavor.

How to Steep: Western: 2 tsp, 8 oz water, 175 °F, 2.5-3 min. Eastern: 2 tsp, 6 oz water, 175 °F, 30 seconds. Add 10 seconds to each additional steep.
Fun Fact: A mao feng tea. Mao Feng translates to 'fluffy clouds' which refers to both the constant cloud cover in the mountains where it is harvested and the young downy tea bud texture.
