Each compressed tea coin (or tuo cha, which means "bird's nest") is flavored with an herb that tastes like sticky rice. A popular restaurant tea. One sip and you'll know why!
Available in a 12 pc gift box or in bulk (2, 4, 8, or 16 oz). Each 3 oz gift box contains 12 pu'er coins. One coin makes 10 oz of tea, and the same tea leaves can be steeped multiple times.
Tea Type or Tisane | Flavors: Dark+ (pu'er) | full-body but very smooth, toasted wild rice
Tea Tips: Make this tea double-strength and use it instead of water to make rice.
Ingredients: China-Yunnan pu'er tea, sticky rice herb (Nuo Mi Xiang, or Semnostachya Menglaensis)
How to Steep: 1 disk, 8 oz water, 212°F, 5–6 min (for more body, steep longer)
Fun Fact: This pu'er (from Yunnan Province's Menghai County) is called a ripe (or "cooked") pu'er.
