Fun Fact: The term "bergamot" comes from the Italian "bergamotto," meaning "lord's pear," due to its shape. Calabria, Italy, produces 90% of the world's bergamot. Earl Grey, the most famous flavored black tea, was created as a gift for Charles Grey, the 2nd Earl of Grey and UK Prime Minister from 1830 to 1834.
