How to Steep: Western-style: 1.5–2 tsp, 8 oz water, 205°F, 4 min. Enjoy Multiple steeps. Eastern-style: 2.5 tsp (4 gm), 4 oz water, 205°F, 1st Steep = 50 sec, steep multiple times, add 30 sec to each steeping.
