Dragon Pearls 2020 Raw Pu'er, 50 grams: A special sheng (raw) pu'er that is supreme in quality and convenience. Harvested in the spring of 2020, each pearl is hand-pressed to preserve its sweet, vegetal, and cooling notes. Steeping: Use 1 Pearl for about 6-8 oz water, Rinse with 195°F. Discard water. Steep for 40 sec for the first steep. For the second steeping start at 10 seconds then add 10 sec for each additional steeping until flavor fades. Ingredients: 100% China, Mengsong, Xishuangbanna Yunnan Pu'er Tea.
Green Mandarin Ripe Pu'er, 2018, 50 grams: Bursting with citrus notes, this bright pu'er is easy to steep and enjoy! Steeping: Use whole mandarin and prepare 6-8 oz water at 208°F, Rinse the entire pu'er filled mandarin for a few seconds. Feel free to open up the mandarin skin. Discard water. Steep for 30 sec for the first steep. Add 10 sec for each additional steep. After 6th steep add a minute to each steep until the flavor fades. Ingredients: Green mandarin is from Xinhui, Guangdong, China. Ripe Pu-erh is from Yunnan, China.
Sticky Rice Pu'er, 56 grams: A unique flavored ripe pu'er. Each coin is flavored with a Chinese herb that tastes like sticky rice! A wonderful companion to a meal! Steeping: Use 1 disk for 6-8 oz of water. Heat water to 208°F. Steep coin for 1-4 minutes for the first steep. Add 1 minute to each additional steep until the flavor fades. Ingredients: Menghai, China-Yunnan pu'er tea, Nuo Mi Xiang, or Semnostachya Menglaensis
