Cold-Brew Basil Spritz

Perfect for the patio! Machines like JURA's Giga 10 and Z10 can whip you up a cold brew espresso in seconds! But you can also enjoy the tasty drink with cold brew concentrate.
Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 oz cold brew/iced espresso or cold brew concentrate.
Directions
- Lightly muddle a small handful of basil in a cocktail shaker.
- Fill shaker with ice.
- Add sugar, lemon juice, and coffee.
- Shake vigorously for about 20-30 seconds.
- Place an ice cube in an espresso or small glass.
- Use a strainer to pour your drink from the shaker into the glass.
