Chocolate Coffee Marshmallow Mousse

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Dallas Bold brewed coffee
- 2 oz DARK chocolate chopped into small chunks
- 20 large marshmallows
- 1/2 cup whipping cream (Greek plain yogurt may be substituted)
- 1 egg white
- Whole walnuts
Directions
- . Combine the coffee, chocolate, and marshmallows in a large bowl and microwave on High for 1 minute
- . Remove, stir, and return to microwave in 30 second increments until the chocolate and marshmallow are melted
- . Stir until smooth
- . Allow to cool
- . Whisk the cream until stiff and fold into the mousse
- . Whip the egg white until stiff and fold into the mousse
- . Spoon into individual glasses or cups
- . Top with a toasted walnut
