Fluffiest Pancakes

- 1 egg
- ½ cup plain yogurt or sour cream
- ½ cup half and half
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup flour
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
Directions:
- . Combine the egg – yogurt or sour cream, the half and half, and baking soda and beat till smooth
- . Sift together and stir in the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
- . Heat griddle
- . Drop spoonfuls batter onto greased griddle – cook till bubbles rise –flip and cook the other side
- . Serve warm with our homemade syrup
