Nil Rouge Tea Infused Syrup

Ingredients
- 2 heaped teaspoons Nil Rouge loose tea
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- . Place all ingredients in a small saucepan
- . Simmer gently for 15 minutes
- . Strain and Cool
Note: the syrup can be made ahead and refrigerated
