Matcha Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- ¾ cup hot water
- 1 teaspoon culinary matcha powder
- 2 green onions, white part only
- 2 tablespoons good quality olive oil )
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 large clove elephant garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- .Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.Refrigerate until ready to use

I have found in making my dressings that it is better to pre-mix all the ingredients except the oil, and then mix in the oil with a whisk. That gives me a better, quicker infusion.
