Celtic Coffee

Recipe created exclusively for The Cultured Cup by Greg Duke.
Makes 1 drink.
Ingredients:
- ½ tsp brown sugar
- ½ oz B&B liqueur
- ¼ oz Irish whiskey
- 4 oz The Cultured Cup’s Private Label, brewed as an espresso or strongly brewed
- 1 oz heavy cream, slightly whipped
- grated nutmeg or cinnamon for garnish
Directions:
- In the bottom of your preferred glassware, start with 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar.
- Stir in the liqueur and whiskey until the sugar is dissolved
- Pour in the coffee.
- Top with whipped heavy cream
- Garnish with grated nutmeg or cinnamon.
