Ingredients: China, Yunnan Province pu'er (dark) tea
How to Steep: Western: Use one ball with 24 ounces of water. Steep at 190°F for 3 min. Continue until the flavor fades. Eastern: Use one ball per 8 oz of water. Rinse the leaves once with boiling water for 10 seconds and discard. Steep for 1 minute. Then add 30 sec for each additional steeping. Continue until the flavor fades.
