Devils on Horseback

Ingredients

• 24 dates with stones removed
• 12 slices of regular bacon or turkey bacon
• ½ lb stilton cheese

1. . Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit
2. . Cut the bacon slices in half
3. . Halve dates lengthwise being careful not to cut all the way through
4. . Stuff each datewith 1 – 1 ½ teaspoons cheese
5. . Wrap stuffed each stuffed date in a bacon slice and secure with a toothpick
6. . Place dates on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes
7. . Cool and serve.

• Note:You can keep these refrigerated for up to 3 days before baking
