Salted Caramel Drop Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 cup sugar
- ¾ cup packed dark brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2-3 Tablespoons VERY strong cold Salted Caramel Coffee
- 3 cups All Purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 (10oz) package Hershey’s Sea Salt Caramel Chips
- . Heat the oven to 350°F
- . Beat together the butter, sugars, eggs and coffee
- . Stir in the dry ingredients adding the chips last, mix well
- . Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet
- . Bake the cookies until set and lightly browned – about 10 minutes
- . The uncooked cookie dough will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week
